Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our product we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items simply unwanted.
If you receive an item which is damaged or faulty we will exchange this for you. But you must inform us within 7 days of receiving your order. In order for us to issue an exchange we will require proof that your item is faulty/ damaged.
Upon arrival of your item/items please check it is in perfect condition and if not notify us straight away.
Please note: All of our lashes are pre-checked before being sent out to our customers.
All of our lashes are handmade, therefore each one can be ever so slightly different. Please note this is not a fault in our product.
